Feed Flutter — Terms & Conditions

These terms explain exactly how working with Feed Flutter works — what you get, what's expected from you, how payment and refunds work, and what happens at each stage.

By filling in and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read these terms in full, understood them, and agreed to every one of them. If there is anything here you do not agree with, please do not submit the form.

In these terms, "we," "us," "our," and "the Provider" mean Feed Flutter. "You," "your," and "the Client" mean the person or business submitting the form. "The kit" means the set of designs and deliverables described below. "Business days" mean Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends or public holidays.

1. What you're getting

The kit is a set of customized, editable Instagram design templates built around your brand, delivered to you digitally. Depending on what's offered at the time you start, the kit may include feed post templates, story templates, reel-cover templates, before/after and photo-frame templates, highlight covers, and layout templates such as book-now, price-list, and new-drop designs — along with any bonuses stated at the time (for example, announcement templates, engagement-story templates, a set of ready-to-use AI-generated images, and a short guide to the design tool).

The exact contents of your kit are the ones described to you at the time you start. Anything not clearly listed as included is not included.

We may also offer other, separate services — such as a single one-time design or an ongoing monthly design service. Those are not the kit. Each of them has its own scope, price, and conditions, agreed with you in writing at the time you start it. The kit-specific parts of these terms (including the deposit, first-design, and refund process in Sections 4–7) apply to the kit only, unless we clearly state otherwise in writing. The general parts of these terms — including Sections 3, 11–15, and 18–22 — apply to any service we provide you.

2. What this service is — and what it is not

This is a design service that hands you finished, editable templates. It is not a fully automatic, one-click, or "done-for-you-forever" tool.

A large part of each design is built and set for you — the layout, the style, the colors, the fonts, and the overall look. But the templates are made to be filled in by you. That means you are still responsible for the everyday work of using them: adding or changing text, dropping in your own photos, and adjusting each post to fit what you want to say.

In short: we build the look. You add your content. By submitting the form, you understand and accept that using the kit requires this ongoing effort from you, and that we are not responsible for the results of edits you make yourself.

3. The materials you provide

To build your kit, you may need to provide materials such as your logo, brand colors, fonts, photos, and any text or information you want included.

By providing these, you confirm that:

You own them, or you have full permission to use them. They do not break anyone else's rights (including copyright, trademark, or image rights). You take full responsibility for anything you supply, and you accept that any problem, claim, or dispute arising from the materials you provide is your responsibility, not ours.

If the materials you provide are incomplete, unclear, or delayed, your timeline (see Section 8) will be affected accordingly.

4. Price and payment The full price of the kit is $750 USD, unless a different price is clearly stated to you in writing at the time you start. You begin with a deposit of $50 USD. This deposit is part of the $750, not an added cost. After you approve the first design (see Section 6), the remaining balance of $700 USD becomes due before the full kit is built and handed over. The full kit is not delivered until the full price has been paid. Any payment-provider fees, transfer charges, or currency costs are your responsibility unless we clearly agree otherwise. 5. The first design

After your deposit is received, we design one piece of your choice from the kit, in your brand, so you can see real work before committing to the rest.

This first design is the point at which you decide whether to continue. Your options at this stage are covered in Sections 6 and 7.

6. Your review window

Once we send you the first design, you have 5 business days to review it and respond.

If you tell us within those 5 business days that it is not right for you, you may request a refund of your deposit under the conditions in Section 7. If you approve it, or if the 5 business days pass without a clear response from you, the first design is treated as approved. At that point, your right to a refund ends (see Section 7), and to receive the full kit you continue with the remaining balance.

Silence, or no response within the 5 business days, counts as approval.

7. Refunds

Refunds apply only to the first $50 deposit, and only at the first-design stage described in Section 6. Specifically:

A refund is possible only if you request it within your 5-business-day review window (Section 6) after telling us the first design is not right for you. Full refund of the deposit is available when the deposit was paid through Whish Money. If the deposit was paid by any other method, a refund may still be possible, but any fees we had to pay — or already paid — to receive your payment will be deducted from the amount returned. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to be processed and returned to you.

Once you approve the first design, or once your 5-business-day window passes, or once you choose to continue past the deposit stage in any way, no refunds of any kind apply — not on the deposit, and not on the balance. The refund option exists only at the single moment described above. By continuing past that point, you accept that all payments are final and non-refundable.

8. Timeline and delivery

Once you have approved the first design and provided everything we need from you, your full kit is prepared and handed over within 7 business days.

This 7-business-day window depends on you. It starts only after we have all required materials and approvals from you. Any delay on your side — late materials, slow responses, unclear instructions, or unpaid balance — pauses the timeline and pushes delivery back by at least the length of that delay. We are not responsible for delays caused by anything outside our control.

The kit is delivered digitally. You are responsible for having whatever accounts, software, or devices you need in order to open and use the files.

9. Revisions

The kit includes 2 rounds of revisions on the core deliverables, to be used during the project only.

A "round" means one consolidated set of change requests, sent together — not scattered one-by-one requests. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the designs. They do not cover a complete change of direction, a new brand, or work outside what the kit was agreed to include. Any revisions beyond the 2 included rounds, if we agree to do them, may require an additional payment. Revisions can only be requested while the project is active. Once the project is complete (see Section 10), no further revisions are available unless we specifically agree to them, and any such work will require a new, separate payment. 10. When the project is finished

The project is considered officially complete once the final files are handed off to you.

At that point, our work is done. We are under no obligation to carry out any further work, changes, additions, edits, or fixes of any kind. Any new work after handoff — including new designs, further edits, additional templates, or reworking anything already delivered — is entirely at our discretion, will be treated as a new and separate project, and will almost always require a new, separate payment agreed in advance.

Nothing about the completed project entitles you to ongoing service, future updates, or support after handoff.

11. Using your designs Your customized files are yours to use. Once delivered, you may use and reuse the finished, customized designs for your own salon's marketing, freely and for as long as you like. In everyday terms, they are yours — you can treat them as your own brand materials. This is a practical right to use, not a formal or registered transfer. Nothing in these terms grants, assigns, guarantees, or registers any legal, copyright, trademark, or other formal ownership right — to you or to anyone. You are not receiving registered legal title over the designs, and we make no legal or intellectual-property guarantees of any kind. What you have is the freedom to use your customized designs as described here. The base templates stay with us. The underlying templates, layouts, and overall design system your kit was built from remain ours to reuse and adapt for other salons. You receive your customized version — not the base template library itself. You may not resell or pass on the files. You may not resell, redistribute, share, hand off, or give away the templates or files — in whole or in part — to any other person, business, salon, or designer, and you may not offer them as your own product or service to others. Any AI-generated images included are covered by the same terms. 12. About the uniqueness of your design We will not deliver the same base design to another salon in your immediate area. This applies specifically to the base look built for you. We decide, in good faith, what counts as "the same base design" and what counts as "your immediate area." These are practical judgment calls, made reasonably by us, and our judgment on them is final. This applies to the specific base look only. It does not give you any exclusive rights over styles, colors, fonts, common design elements, or standard layouts used across the industry, and it does not prevent us from working with any other salon — near you or anywhere else — including on similar styles. Similarity in general style or common elements between your kit and any other work is normal and is not a breach of these terms. Because every kit is built from the same underlying templates and design system, some resemblance between different salons' kits is expected, and by continuing you accept this. Any perceived similarity that does not amount to us delivering your exact base look to another salon in your immediate area gives you no claim of any kind. If we ever do fall short of the specific commitment in this section, our responsibility is limited as set out in Section 18 and goes no further. 13. The design tools

Your kit is built to be edited in a professional design tool, and you may also choose to use Canva.

These are third-party tools that we do not own or control. Their availability, features, pricing, subscriptions, and any changes to them are entirely the responsibility of those companies — not us. We are not responsible for anything related to your own accounts, subscriptions, or use of those tools, and we cannot guarantee that any third-party feature will remain available or unchanged.

14. AI-generated images

Any ready-to-use images included in your kit are AI-generated and are provided as they are, for you to use at your own discretion. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use them. We do not guarantee that any AI-generated image will suit every purpose, and we are not responsible for how you choose to use them.

15. No guarantee of results

We design how your Instagram looks and hand you the tools to post it. That is the entire scope of what we provide.

We make no promise or guarantee of any business result — including but not limited to followers, engagement, likes, replies, messages, bookings, clients, sales, or income. Nothing we say describes or guarantees any outcome for your business. Any such result depends on many things outside our control, including your own posting, your work, and your market.

16. Communication and your responsiveness

Getting your kit done on time depends on you staying reachable and responding when we need input or approvals.

If you become unresponsive for 10 business days or more at any stage, we may treat the project as paused or, at our discretion, closed. Payments already made in a non-refundable stage (see Section 7) are not returned in this case.

17. Cancellation You may step away only at the first-design stage, under the refund conditions in Section 7. After that point, the project cannot be cancelled for a refund. We may choose to decline or stop a project at our discretion — for example, if the working relationship is not workable, or if requests fall outside what was agreed. If we choose to stop a project before delivery for reasons on our side, we will return your deposit, and that return is the full extent of what is owed to you.

18. Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent possible, our total responsibility to you for anything connected to this service is limited to the amount you have actually paid us.

We are not responsible for any indirect, secondary, or knock-on losses of any kind — including lost time, lost income, lost opportunities, or any damage you believe resulted from the designs, the tools, delays, or your use of what we delivered. You accept the service on this basis.

19. Things outside anyone's control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to internet or power outages, platform or tool failures, illness, or wider disruptions. If such an event happens, timelines are paused for as long as it lasts.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one in place at the time you submit the form. It is your responsibility to read the terms as they appear at that time.

21. If part of this doesn't hold

If any single part of these terms turns out not to apply or not to hold, the rest of the terms still stand in full. One part not applying does not cancel any of the others.

22. Your agreement

These terms are the full understanding between you and us regarding the kit. Anything not written here, or not clearly agreed in writing, is not part of the agreement.

By filling in and submitting the form, you confirm once more that you have read these terms in full, understood them, and agreed to all of them.
